Hi there! A toast to my first post! Hooray!

I decided to start my blog with a super-duper easy recipe to celebrate summer (more like hope summer will soon be here again!). I live in the UK and we don’t get many summer days.

This delicious mango ice cream is made with one ingredient. Yes, you heard me right, one ingredient: mango! Honestly, it can’t get any easier than this girls and boys!

INGREDIENTS

  • 500g of frozen mango chunks

METHOD

Place the mango chunks in a high-powered blender or food processor and blend it until smooth and creamy. That’s it! Serve with coconut flakes (optional).
